The Metalyn is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable wall surfaces, incorrect drilling, misuse of mounting hardware or failure to securely install the product.
6. INDOOR & OUTDOOR USE
Certain The Metalyn products may be suitable for indoor and/or outdoor installation depending on their material and finish.
Powder coating provides additional protection to the metal surface; however, no metal finish should be considered completely immune to environmental damage.
Exposure to excessive moisture, standing water, chemicals, salt, extreme weather conditions or damage to the protective coating may affect the product over time.
Customers should follow the applicable product care instructions to maintain the appearance and condition of their artwork.
7. ISLAMIC CALLIGRAPHY & RELIGIOUS ARTWORK
Some of our products contain Quranic verses, Islamic phrases, the names of Allah, the Prophet ﷺ, or other religious calligraphy.
Customers purchasing such products are responsible for selecting an appropriate and respectful location for their installation and handling them with due care and respect.
The Metalyn takes reasonable care when preparing Islamic artwork. If you believe there is an error in any religious text or calligraphy displayed on one of our products, please contact us before placing an order or immediately after noticing the issue.
8. PRICES
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to modify product prices, promotions, discounts or offers at any time.
The price applicable to your order will generally be the price displayed when your order is successfully placed, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
