At The Metalyn, we carefully prepare and pack every order to ensure your metal wall art reaches you safely and in the best possible condition.

DELIVERY TIME

Punjab:
Orders delivered to cities within Punjab generally take approximately 5–7 working days. In some cases, delivery may take longer.

Other Provinces:
Orders delivered to cities outside Punjab generally take approximately 8–9 working days. In some cases, delivery may take longer depending on the destination and courier service.

Please note that the above delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Road blockages or closures

  • Public and national holidays

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Strikes or transportation issues

  • Remote or difficult-to-access locations

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

The Metalyn will make reasonable efforts to ensure your parcel is dispatched and delivered as quickly as possible; however, we cannot guarantee delivery within the estimated timeframe when delays are caused by circumstances beyond our control.

ORDER & ADDRESS INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number when placing an order.

The Metalyn will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

PARCEL RECEIVING

We recommend inspecting your parcel at the time of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact The Metalyn as soon as possible and provide clear photographs and/or video of the parcel, packaging, and damaged product.

Any damage claims will be handled according to our applicable Return, Exchange & Damage Policy.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Working days do not include Sundays, public holidays, or officially announced holidays.
